Everybody says it, but who fulfills it? We secretly get excited when problems arrive because it gives us an opportunity to do what we do best, genuinely go above and beyond. Not only do we take a problem and turn it into a positive experience, but we also create memorable experiences at every touchpoint.
One of our favourite things to do is to provide new Tenants with a welcome gift when they first get keys to their new home. It starts off our relationship on the right foot.
